Reach out to our Service Team at 863-226-6285 or place a ticket on our service portal. Please note, patients should reach out directly to their Supplier for repairs and service requests.
If you are a patient, please be aware that React Health does not sell prescription devices directly to patients.. Due to patient privacy laws we are not able to provide information on therapy or compliance information. Only your Care Team can guide you in your care. Please visit www.reacthealth.com/patient-resources for documents and videos to assist you with product education.
We strive to answer inquiries within 3-5 business days. Requests for service, warranty repairs and inquiries about order status cannot be handled through this form.
Compliance: How to Ask a Question or Report a Concern
Answering compliance questions and concerns is a top priority and we take these inquiries very seriously. The company will promptly and diligently review the matter and, when appropriate, correct and implement measures to prevent similar conduct.

- Compliance Hotline. The Hotline is a tool through which individuals may report concerns of real or potential misconduct. This third-party service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with translators on staff, if necessary.
You may choose to make an anonymous report. All information received through the Hotline will be kept confidential to the extent possible and permitted by law.
