Invacare Product Transition

On February 1, 2023, React Health completed the purchase of the Respiratory Product Line from Invacare. This includes the following products:

  • P5NXG
  • Platinum 10L Concentrator
  • Platinum POC (Portable Oxygen Concentrator)
  • HomeFill Equipment/Cylinders
  • Pediatric Oxygen Flow Meter
  • Oxygen Analyzer
  • Service Parts & Accessories

We realize that both patients and suppliers may have some questions during this transition. Please see below for information for Patients and Suppliers.

Patients

  • If you purchased or received an Invacare Respiratory Product from the above list prior to January 28, 2023 and have questions about your device, or need service or warranty repairs:

**Please note that React Health will not be able to assist you with these devices. All requests must be handled through Invacare.**

 

DME Suppliers

  • All items in repair prior to January 28th is the responsibility of Invacare. Those devices will be repaired as normal. Most, if not all products, are at an Independent Repair Center. We can help facilitate on getting status updates but would be best to check with the IRC.
  • For customer needing parts: There will be a lag in parts availability of approximately of 30-60 days depending on the timing availability of necessary components. Please know that we are working expeditiously to return inventories of repair parts and kits to the proper inventory levels. We have instituted processes and contracts to help speed up delivery of the necessary and needed items very closely with contract sub-assemblies for minimal gap between our acquisition and release. 
  • When will Invacare Products be available again? We will be working diligently to resume production of the above-mentioned products and will be phasing these products into production over time.
  • PLEASE NOTE** TO ORDER ANY INVACARE SERVICE PARTS OR PRODUCTS YOU MUST HAVE AN OPEN ACCOUNT, IN GOOD STANDING, WITH REACT HEALTH. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT REACT HEALTH ACCOUNT, YOU CAN AVOID SHIPPING DELAYS BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. FOLLOW HERE TO DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE APPLICATION.
