Bill Shoop

Bill Shoop, Chief Executive Officer

With over two decades of invaluable experience in the healthcare sector, Bill Shoop is a seasoned professional poised to elevate React Health to new heights. Formerly the VP and GM of North America at ResMed, Bill played a pivotal role in driving the company’s North America revenue to surpass $2.4 billion.

During his tenure as VP, Bill spearheaded transformative initiatives, including restructuring the Sales Model, implementing pricing discipline and governance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. His leadership resulted in enhanced operational efficiencies and strategic alignment across the organization.

Bill excels in building and leading focused, collaborative teams committed to delivering exceptional results. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College and currently resides in Oakmont, PA, with his wife Kathie, children Jake and Beth, and their dogs Charlie and Izzy

Noah Chitwood

Noah Chitwood, Chief Operating Officer

Noah is an entrepreneurial-minded organizational leader with 27 years of experience spanning business development, continuous improvement, and strategy implementation. His diverse industry background includes call centers, managed healthcare, in-home service delivery, manufacturing, assembly, and packaging operations, as well as business process outsourcing.

With a strategic lens and a knack for identifying operational gaps, Noah has excelled in optimizing supply chains and driving full-scale transformations, including new product startups. His expertise in strategic planning, digital innovation, and change management has proven results, making him an asset to the React Health team.

Noah is well-positioned to leverage his cross-functional leadership and drive React Health's success.  He is a University of South Florida alumni and based in Tampa, FL, where he and his wife Lisa have 3 children.

jack fiedor

Jack Fiedor, Chief Financial Officer

Jack has over 30 years of diverse finance and operational leadership experience. He joined React Health from our Watermark acquisition in 2022 where he had been acting as the CFO since 2009. In addition to his financial leadership role, he has held various other senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, and currently serves as President. He is responsible for leading all financial, operational, and strategic initiatives of the company. 

Before joining React Health, Jack served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of SBA Communications Corporation (SBAC, NASDAQ), one of the largest publicly traded global owners, developers, operators, and servicers of wireless communications towers. During his tenure with SBAC and in addition to his senior financial leadership role, he was involved in the company’s aggressive acquisition, and integration of numerous national independently owned and operated wireless service providers and was responsible for all SEC financial reporting and compliance. 

Jack began his career with the professional services firm of Ernst & Young LLP in West Palm Beach, Florida, where, as Senior Manager, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse audit and consulting clients. 

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. He is a Florida-certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA. He resides in Wellington, Florida, with his wife and three children.

Greg Poulos

Greg Poulos, Chief Technology Officer

Greg currently serves React Health as Chief Technology Officer. Greg also served as Watermark Medical’s Chief Technology and Operating Officer.  

Greg has over 25 years of professional experience in a wide range of companies including Cap Gemini, Monorail Computer Corporation, and PDSHeart (Cardiac).  

At PDSHeart, Greg served as Executive Vice President of IT. While at PDSHeart, Greg was responsible for all infrastructure and software development related to the business.

After the sale of PDSHeart to CardioNet, Greg was awarded the job of head of IT for CardioNet as the Vice President of IT. While at CardioNet, Greg oversaw all IT operations, including the successful integration of PDSHeart. During Greg’s time at CardioNet, revenues reached $100M, and the company successfully completed its IPO with a market cap of $600M. Greg then acted as the CTO of Watermark Medical until its acquisition by React Health in 2022.  

Greg is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia and resides in Atlanta, GA.
