Bill Shoop

Bill Shoop, Chief Executive Officer

With over two decades of invaluable experience in the healthcare sector, Bill Shoop is a seasoned professional poised to elevate React Health to new heights. Formerly the VP and GM of North America at ResMed, Bill played a pivotal role in driving the company’s North America revenue to surpass $2.4 billion.

During his tenure as VP, Bill spearheaded transformative initiatives, including restructuring the Sales Model, implementing pricing discipline and governance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. His leadership resulted in enhanced operational efficiencies and strategic alignment across the organization.

Bill excels in building and leading focused, collaborative teams committed to delivering exceptional results. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College and currently resides in Oakmont, PA, with his wife Kathie, children Jake and Beth, and their dogs Charlie and Izzy

.

Noah Chitwood

Noah Chitwood, Chief Operating Officer

Noah is an entrepreneurial-minded organizational leader with 27 years of experience spanning business development, continuous improvement, and strategy implementation. His diverse industry background includes call centers, managed healthcare, in-home service delivery, manufacturing, assembly, and packaging operations, as well as business process outsourcing.

With a strategic lens and a knack for identifying operational gaps, Noah has excelled in optimizing supply chains and driving full-scale transformations, including new product startups. His expertise in strategic planning, digital innovation, and change management has proven results, making him an asset to the React Health team.

Noah is well-positioned to leverage his cross-functional leadership and drive React Health's success.  He is a University of South Florida alumni and based in Tampa, FL, where he and his wife Lisa have 3 children.

jack fiedor

Jack Fiedor, Chief Financial Officer

Jack has over 30 years of diverse finance and operational leadership experience. He joined React Health from our Watermark acquisition in 2022 where he had been acting as the CFO since 2009. In addition to his financial leadership role, he has held various other senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, and currently serves as President. He is responsible for leading all financial, operational, and strategic initiatives of the company. 

Before joining React Health, Jack served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of SBA Communications Corporation (SBAC, NASDAQ), one of the largest publicly traded global owners, developers, operators, and servicers of wireless communications towers. During his tenure with SBAC and in addition to his senior financial leadership role, he was involved in the company’s aggressive acquisition, and integration of numerous national independently owned and operated wireless service providers and was responsible for all SEC financial reporting and compliance. 

Jack began his career with the professional services firm of Ernst & Young LLP in West Palm Beach, Florida, where, as Senior Manager, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse audit and consulting clients. 

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. He is a Florida-certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA. He resides in Wellington, Florida, with his wife and three children.

Dr. Colleen Lance

Dr. Colleen Lance, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Colleen G Lance, MD, is a distinguished physician with a career spanning over 22 years in the field of sleep medicine. Dr. Lance's journey has been defined by a commitment to unraveling the complexities of sleep disorders, with a particular emphasis on the crucial intersection between sleep and comorbidities, notably cardiovascular disease. Dr. Lance's personal vision is to leverage every tool at her disposal to improve sleep health and wellness in an individualized, cost-effective, multimodality approach.

As a testament to her leadership and expertise, Dr. Lance has held roles as the Medical Director for sleep laboratories at institutions including the Memorial Herman Hospital System, University Hospitals, and the Cleveland Clinic. She has also served as Medical Director of PAP Therapies at Cleveland Clinic Home Care, contributing to the development and implementation of diverse treatment strategies. Her service has included work on the Payor Policy Review Committee and the Political Action Committee with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, as well as being the former president of the Texas Society of Sleep Professionals.

In her free time, Dr. Lance enjoys cooking with her family and tracking raptors through conservation programs across North America.

Greg Poulos

Greg Poulos, Chief Technology Officer

Greg currently serves React Health as Chief Technology Officer. Greg also served as Watermark Medical’s Chief Technology and Operating Officer.  

Greg has over 25 years of professional experience in a wide range of companies including Cap Gemini, Monorail Computer Corporation, and PDSHeart (Cardiac).  

At PDSHeart, Greg served as Executive Vice President of IT. While at PDSHeart, Greg was responsible for all infrastructure and software development related to the business.

After the sale of PDSHeart to CardioNet, Greg was awarded the job of head of IT for CardioNet as the Vice President of IT. While at CardioNet, Greg oversaw all IT operations, including the successful integration of PDSHeart. During Greg’s time at CardioNet, revenues reached $100M, and the company successfully completed its IPO with a market cap of $600M. Greg then acted as the CTO of Watermark Medical until its acquisition by React Health in 2022.  

Greg is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia and resides in Atlanta, GA. 

Christina Krueckeberg

 

 

Christina Krueckeberg, Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer

Christina comes to React Health with over 29 years in healthcare and 18 years in managing compliance matters. Christina’s experience includes corporate compliance program development and oversight in multifaceted healthcare settings within both large and rural health systems with an emphasis on revenue integrity, privacy, and civil rights.

In addition, Christina also has expertise in healthcare risk management, patient safety, and high reliability tactics including safe medical device program operations, Just culture, and process improvement methodologies, making her the ideal person to lead organization-wide compliance and privacy programs across React Health entities.

Christina has previously worked as a Registered Nurse in diverse clinical settings, clinical documentation specialist and case management to improve outcomes and control loss. Her most recent experience is in short-term acute hospital and rural health clinic settings staying abreast of regulatory obligations and providing the proper guidance and best-practice strategies in all areas that affect our company and the customers we serve.

Joe Cipollone

Joe Cipollone, EVP, Respiratory

Joe has over three decades of product development experience in regulated industries and has managed the development of mechanical ventilators for the last 20+ years. He has been involved in the engineering, operations, quality, and regulatory development of multiple companies experiencing rapid growth. In 2000, Joe joined Pulmonetic Systems as the Service Manager and was assigned roles of increasing responsibility until he left in 2008 as the Vice President of Research and Development of Cardinal Health following multiple acquisitions. From 2008 to 2012, Joe was Vice President of Research and Development at Breathe Technologies where he helped pioneer non-invasive open ventilation. Following that, Joe joined Covidien as their Senior Project Manager prior to joining Ventec Life Systems in 2014 where he initially held the role of VP Quality/Regulatory before transitioning to Chief Engineering Officer. React Health acquired Ventec in 2022 adding additional respiratory products, and Joe took over the site lead role as EVP of Respiratory Operations.  

Joe is a summa cum laude graduate of California Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a degree in electrical and computer engineering. Joe has numerous patents in the area of respiratory care and is certified by the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society. Joe loves spending time on, in, or near water.

 Atul Sinha

 

 

Atul Sinha, EVP, Quality & Regulatory

Atul has over 20 years of experience in quality, regulatory affairs, and compliance in the medical device manufacturing industry for Class II and Class III products. He has a track record of leading businesses to ensure compliance with US and international regulations. He has led several successful remediation activities, inspections and audits, and business acquisition and integration activities.

Atul has worked with major medical device companies including Natus Medical, Smiths Medical, Baxter, St. Jude Medical, and Medtronic. Atul is a Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Lead ISO 13485 Auditor, and Certified Project Management Professional. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He has an MS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, SC, and BS in Electrical Engineering from India. 

Mike Long

Mike Long, EVP, Operations, Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Mike joined React Health in April of 2023, bringing over 25 years of Operations and IT experience in the Medical Device industry, including leadership of HR, IT, manufacturing, operations, quality and service.

Prior to joining React Health, Mike served as Vice President of Operations at Ondine Biomedical, and has held leadership roles in medical device startups, working in the areas of defibrillation, cortical stimulation, atherectomy, thrombectomy, pulmonary embolism and ventilation.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. He is based out of Bothell, WA where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.

Jodi Baldassin

Jodi Baldassin, SHRM-SCP, VP of Human Resources

Jodi is a seasoned Human Resources professional who thrives on change and transformation. She fell in love with Human Resources when she attended Penn State University for graduate school in Public Administration with a curriculum that emphasized Human Resources. After earning her Master’s degree she began her career in the manufacturing industry in Talent Acquisition and was eventually assigned the overall HR Management responsibility of three divisions which included collective bargaining. Ultimately, she made her way to transitioning a new division of a Fortune 100 company under the corporate model as well as developing and executing Human Resources policies and procedures across a broad range of functional disciplines. At the next juncture of her career, she was tapped on the shoulder by former Executives that she previously worked with to join in on an exciting start-up. Today, Jodi is the Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for managing the strategic Human Resources function which includes mergers and acquisitions for this rapidly expanding company.

Jodi and her husband enjoy landscaping, finding new restaurants and traveling whenever life gives them the opportunity.

Samir Ahmad

Samir Ahmad, VP Engineering, Respiratory

Samir possesses over 20 years of experience in the development of medical devices, with a distinguished focus on respiratory technologies. His extensive background in research and development encompasses leadership roles across several prominent organizations within the healthcare industry.

From 2003 to 2011, he served as Senior Manager of Controls, Systems, and Verification & Validation at Respironics—subsequently acquired by Philips—where he was instrumental in the development and introduction of the noninvasive V60 ventilator. Between 2011 and 2017, he held the position of Vice President of Research and Development at Breathe Technologies, overseeing the successful development and FDA clearance of the Life2000 ventilator.

In 2017, Samir joined Ventec Life Systems, which was acquired by React Health in 2022. He currently holds the role of Vice President of Engineering for Respiratory Products, where he continues to advance innovation in respiratory care.

Samir holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, in addition to a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is the inventor of numerous patents in the field of respiratory therapy. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys hiking and farming.

 

George Koos

George Koos, VP Product/Strategy & Marketing

George Koos is React Health’s Vice President of Product, Strategy, and Marketing, responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy across the company’s sleep, respiratory, and diagnostics portfolios. He brings over 20 years of commercial leadership experience spanning medical devices, diagnostics, and healthcare technology.

George began his career in medical sales at STERIS, advancing into sales management roles before transitioning into product management and ultimately becoming Director of Marketing. He later joined Olympus Corporation, where he served as Executive Director of Medical Products, leading portfolio strategy and global marketing initiatives. At Medicomp (ReactDx), George held an executive leadership role overseeing sales, marketing, product development, and operations. He was appointed General Manager to lead the company through its successful acquisition, and subsequently transitioned into his current position at React Health.

Throughout his career, George has helped build and scale organizations through strategic turnarounds, successful product launches, M&A activity, rebrands, and commercial growth. Known for his visionary approach and creative problem-solving, he holds multiple patents for medical innovations and has received numerous awards for leadership and commercial excellence.

George is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and resides in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, with his wife Danielle and their three boys.

Sherry Benhardt

Sherry Benhardt, EVP, Corporate Accounts

Sherry Benhardt has over two decades of experience in the Sleep and Respiratory Market. She came to React from Philips Respironics where she spent many years on the National Account Team. Sherry is also a Certified Respiratory Therapist.  

Sherry graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University as well as obtaining her Respiratory Therapy Degree from California College of Health Science.  

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, spending time with her husband, their three grown boys and four precious grandkids. She currently resides in Kansas City.  

Kevin Bowen

Kevin Bowen, VP Engineering

Kevin is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience leading product innovation and commercialization in the medical device industry. As Vice President of Engineering at React Health in Dublin, OH, Kevin drives the development of cutting-edge solutions. In this role, he has been instrumental in building and leading a team to help grow the Sleep and Respiratory care business for React Health.

Prior to React Health, Kevin held the position of Director of Product Development at Philips (formerly Respironics Inc.), where he led a high-performing engineering organization within a $1B business unit. His contributions spanned strategic planning, resource management, and the commercialization of innovative designs that enhanced market position, cost efficiency, and patient outcomes. He was part of that organization for over 26 years in numerous roles and has provided Technical due diligence in several acquisitions, managed across multiple global locations, and has led the integration of industry changing technologies into several product releases.

Throughout his career, Kevin has consistently delivered value through innovation and operational excellence. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife Joanna and sons Zack and Ben.

Stephen Van Lyon

Stephen Van Lyon, VP Finance

Stephen brings over 20 years of progressive finance and strategic leadership experience across the healthcare, medtech, and technology sectors. He began working with React Health in 2024 as an external consultant and then joined permanently in 2025 as VP of Finance, where he helps drive organizational strategy, finance transformation, and commercial execution.

Prior to React Health, he served as Division CFO and Head of Finance for the Sleep & Respiratory Care division of ResMed, leading all aspects of financial performance, strategic partnership and decision-making. During his tenure at ResMed, Stephen also held senior leadership roles in corporate and strategic FP&A and operational accounting as Assistant Controller, earning a reputation for cross-functional value creation and leading high-performing global teams.

He began his accounting and finance career at the Big Four firm KPMG, where he spent seven years leading audit engagements and managing client relationships for public and private companies across the healthcare, technology, and consumer sectors. He completed a two-year international secondment in London, gaining experience with complex multinational organizations and deepening his expertise in IFRS and other international statutory reporting requirements. Before KPMG, Stephen held various sales, management, and customer-facing roles at large consumer banking and retail organizations.

Stephen holds an MS in Accounting from San Diego State University, a BA in Biology from Point Loma Nazarene University, and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Executive General Management Program. He is a licensed CPA in California and resides in San Diego with his family. In his free time, Stephen enjoys being active outdoors and traveling.

 

Chris Golden

Dr. Chris Golden, VP Information Security & Technology

Dr. Chris Golden, PhD, is the Vice President of Infrastructure and Security at React Health. In this role, he is responsible for all on-prem and Cloud-based infrastructure and its security. Dr. Golden is a retired Colonel from the USAF, where he served in multiple flying, command, and staff assignments throughout his 26 years of service to the nation. Upon his retirement from active duty, Dr. Golden started his civilian cybersecurity career on Wall Street, protecting all daily transactions of stock, bonds, and other investment vehicles. He then moved to healthcare, where he has secured the payor, provider, and now medical device manufacturing space.

In his spare time, Dr. Golden enjoys flying his Soviet WWII vintage Yak-52 airplane and SCUBA diving. He resides near Atlanta with his Wife, McKell.

 

Jeff Ward

Jeff Ward, VP Ventilation & Clinical Sales

Jeff has 25 years of industry experience in acute, subacute, and home care. Prior to joining React Health, Jeff was the Business Sales Leader for Philips Hospital Respiratory Care.

Jeff is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and Registered Sleep Technologist (RPsGT) with clinical expertise in acute-care and sleep medicine. Jeff’s extensive clinical and industry knowledge positions him very well to lead our Ventilation portfolio and connect our hospital-to-home portfolio of solutions.

He is passionate about helping customers improve outcomes by providing solutions that reduce length of stay, allow patients to seamlessly transition home, and reduce readmissions.

Jeff lives in Round Rock, Texas, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, soaking up the Texas sun, and participating in various fitness activities.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Health-Science from the University of Missouri where he specialized in Respiratory Care and Sleep Medicine.

Tod York

Tod York, AVP, East Sales

Tod York was appointed React Health’s Executive Vice President of Clinical Sales for North America in February 2022, responsible for leading React’s clinical sales team to provide excellence in clinical support and education for durable medical equipment companies and clinicians in sleep and respiratory care markets.

Tod is considered an expert in the sleep and respiratory industry with over 25 years of experience. He began his career in the industry as a medical sales professional in 1992, grew his career to become a Regional Manager, and then Vice President of Sales, leading a large medical sales and clinical team before coming to React Health as EVP of Clinical Sales.

Tod’s industry involvement includes supporting state and national sleep and DME associations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Durable Medical Equipment Association, where he has been a board member since 2002.

Tod holds a bachelor’s degree in both Business Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama Birmingham.

Jeff Ward

Jackson Register, AVP, Central Sales

With over 20 years of experience in the Sleep and Respiratory industry, Jackson currently serves as Area Vice President of Sales at React Health, leading high-performing teams and driving strategic growth across the Central U.S. region. His passion lies in improving patient outcomes through innovative care solutions that meet the evolving needs of both HME providers and the patients they serve.

Throughout his career, he’s been fortunate to work in a variety of roles—from Sales Account Manager and Clinical Sales Specialist to Regional Sales Director and now VP—giving him a well-rounded view of our industry and a deep appreciation for the work our partners do every day. Jackson takes pride in building long-term relationships with HME providers and stakeholders across the healthcare continuum, always aiming to create a meaningful, measurable impact.

Jackson has received the industry’s "Trifecta of Sales"—earning the Pinnacle, President’s, and Regional Manager of the Year awards—a reflection of the incredible teams and mentors he’s worked alongside.

Outside of work, Jackson is committed to health and wellness and finds balance through regular exercise and fitness. He believes that discipline and energy in his personal life fuel stronger leadership. He’s been married for 20 years and is a proud father of two children: a 16-year-old son and a freshman at the University of Alabama.
