We are limited in the information we can provide to patients as we have no access to your medical records due to Patient Privacy Laws. We CANNOT provide you with your CPAP compliance reports or make any changes to your therapy. We also CANNOT troubleshoot your device. Please reach out to your care team for these items. This page is designed to be a resource for you but is not intended to provide medical advice or guidance. PAP Compliance Information (Patient App and Reporting)
At React Health, we understand that compliance reporting is of the utmost importance to our patients. All compliance data is stored internally on your device. There are several ways to retrieve the data from your device. These include using our Luna QR Code App, SD Card downloads, and Providing your iCode string to your DME Supplier. You may have also been provided with an optional Cellular Modem or Wi-Fi Module. The documents below were designed to assist you with retrieving and understanding your compliance reports
