The React Health Technical Services team operates two service centers in the United States to evaluate and repair React Health devices.

Our service operations support customers across the country with experienced technical evaluation, repair, and return processing from our dedicated service depots.

Customer Inquiry and RMA Process

We strive to maintain the lowest turnaround time possible during the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process. Once a device is received, it is evaluated by an experienced technician, repaired, and returned as soon as possible.

  • Our team reviews the request and determines next steps.
  • If service is required, the device is received and evaluated by an experienced technician.

For Invacare devices that are in warranty, repairs must be completed by an authorized repair center.

We offer service training and support to Independent Repair Centers interested in providing technical services. IRC approval and training are subject to authorization.
